The LifeJournal Support is a ticket-based system, NOT live chat. We do our best to respond to questions during the week within 24 hours of a posting. Usually it's only a few hours between your question and our response to you.
During the weekends, we are officially closed, but it's not unusual that we respond before Monday.
Occasionally we miss a ticket that you wrote and don't respond within 24 hours. We're human and do make mistakes, but our intent is to respond as soon as possible. We check for new tickets at least two times per weekday, and usually more often. If we don't respond to a ticket within 24 hours, please resend.
