I HAVE LOST MY SERIAL KEY - URGRENT!!!!!!!

TO TECH SUPPORT

I HAD PURCHASED LIFE JOURNAL BACK IN LATE 2016.

SINCE THEN HAD TO REBUILD MY LAPTOP.

UNFORTUNATELY I SEEM TO HAVE LOST THE SERIAL KEY

PLEASE COULD YOU SEND ME THIS INFORMATION ASAP

I THINK I PURCHASED IT WITH THE FIRST ONE

    Forget about getting help from support. Requests are basically ignored. Back in 2015 I was emailed a number with designated time for my tech person to call, and when the call was made, no answer, ever to the phone call. My hard drive had failed, and I was attempting to restore from external hard drive backup.

    Now even some of the "help" topics have been removed.

    After spending several hundred dollars with tech persons, I am on the road to getting my journal files restored.

    Perhaps you will have better success with getting help than I did.

    Thanks for updating me. I have had no success what so ever with them.

    I had even sent them a message on twitter and still nothing.

     

    Shame, What a waste of money.
