Forget about getting help from support. Requests are basically ignored. Back in 2015 I was emailed a number with designated time for my tech person to call, and when the call was made, no answer, ever to the phone call. My hard drive had failed, and I was attempting to restore from external hard drive backup.
Now even some of the "help" topics have been removed.
After spending several hundred dollars with tech persons, I am on the road to getting my journal files restored.
Perhaps you will have better success with getting help than I did.
