Hello,
To export your LifeJournal entries, open the Journal Explorer (click the "Explorer" button in the application toolbar). Select the entry(s) that you'e like to export and right click. In the menu that appears, select "Export." You'll be able to chose where you'd like to export the entries and in which format.

So I have to export each one, one at a time? Is there any way to
export them all at once?

HI David,
You can export multiple entries. You can select more than one entry in the Explorer by using the "Ctrl" or "Shift" keys. Then when you select "Export" all of those selected entries.
You can also right click and select "Select All" and then export and all of your entries will be exported.
